I arrived at St: John's Airport in southeastern Newfoundland, at 1.00 p.m., local time.

My intention was to travel by rental car the 690 miles north to Norstead. However, when I wanted to rent a car, they asked for my credit card. 

Just my luck! 
I have no credit card and never have had!
